ABOUT US
Style Dux began in 2015 as a store selling cosmetics and jewelry on Trade Me. We began with a mission to help those that are helpless. As time went by, we realised that there are some issues too big to tackle alone. We decided to create “Fashion for the Fearless”. What Fashion for the Fearless means is that we create clothing for people that are not scared to create change, people who don’t stand on the side because the problem is too big but people who dive in head first and contribute to create a better society for people who are helpless.
We truly believe that everyone is capable of being a fearless helper, that doesn’t mean going out of your way to do things but it may be to create awareness through social media or word of mouth, to spread the love and positivity and encourage others to do the same.
What we’re hoping to achieve from Style Dux is not to change the world overnight, but to encourage each and everyone of you to create awareness for the issues you’re passionate about solving. We hope that our clothing will be a conversation starter, a channel which allows you to spread and share your stories. If you see someone wearing a Style Dux T-shirt, ask them what they are passionate about. We hope Style Dux creates a butterfly effect and eventually, stand together and solve the problems we’re passionate about.
HOW WE WORK
At Style Dux, we create awareness and generate funds for your charity or non profit that is making a real difference for all. Style Dux is a social enterprise and our aim is to give back to superstars that create change. Style Dux works by giving back a percentage of profits from all products to problems and causes that we believe need solving.
HOW WE GIVE
All proceeds from our themed collections go towards their respective causes. E.g. if we work together with Charity X that gives food to disadvantaged children then the design will me made to reflect that vision and funds generated will go towards Charity X to full fill their goals. The themed collections campaigns run for one calendar month unless we have overwhelming support then we’ll make it into a permanent collection for a year.
All proceeds from our Style Dux clothing collection will go towards local and international non profit s and charities that we believe are making a massive positive impact on the world.
All proceeds from our cosmetic collection goes towards supporting and rehabilitation for rape, domestic abuse and human trafficking victims.
